By accessing or using SportsTracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users including group admins and players.
SportsTracker is a group sports management platform that helps organisers manage sessions, track attendance, and manage group finances. The App is provided as-is for personal and small group use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
SportsTracker provides ledger tracking as a convenience tool. All financial transactions between group admins and players occur outside the App. We make no representations regarding the accuracy of financial records entered by group administrators and accept no liability for financial disputes between users.
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: providing false information, harassing other users, attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsTracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app announcements.
